Bacheldre Watermill produces a range of organic and traditional flours, using traditional equipment, some of which is hundreds of years old. Most of our flours are strong and are excellent for bread makers and for hand baking.
There are several advantages to stone-ground wheat flour. The endosperm, bran, and germ remain in their natural, original proportions.
Because the stones grind slowly, the wheat germ is not exposed to excessive temperatures.
Bacheldre Watermill is pleased to announce its partnership with Amazon. During this time period, I will be taking time off work to build stronger legs as the traditional means of producing flour requires a lot of labor work which has put a lot of strain on my body.
Update: During my goal to better leg strength, I decided to go to the gym to further improve my overall fitness and other parts of my body. This quest for optimal health opened a whole new opportunity for me as a bachelor that I thought only happened in the movies.
Little did I know how social gyms could be!

Fine Tuning My Approach To Girls
I found myself talking more often to the ladies and for every month I built up strength and muscle the chatting increased to the point I needed to stay 2 hours in the gym to get my full workout!
This confused me because could I have really developed my body in such a short period of time…and furthermore, do all women like muscles?
And Then We Dated
It then dawned on me that although I was feeling healthier and stronger, my physique was no different. The only explanation I could come up with was my confidence must have increased and I was under the illusion of looking attractive to the ladies. The swagger in me came out and I was talking to girls without the fear of rejection. I even went as far to ask one of the girls (Rebecca) out after talking to her only twice!
Working Out The Living Arrangements
Rebecca is an interior home designer and wasted no time in decorating my home with some unique personal touches. It was a lovely gesture with tasteful design aesthetics, but I couldn’t help wonder how much of this was done for me and how much was done for her in order to feel comfortable in my place (a second home possibly?).
Needless to say we eventually broke up, but we are in good terms and I see her in the gym from time to time.
And what’s the moral of this experience?
I now know from a woman’s point of view, your home reflects who you are as well as your lifestyle. It’s no longer about what you feel comfortable with inside the confines of your own home, but rather the perspective through a woman’s eyes for when then time comes to invite her into your personal space.
What Decorating A Home Taught Me
Your home truly does reflect your character and furthermore, you can easily change your character by how clean your living space is, the order of your belongings and how your present everything.
Remember, your home is not the path to a woman’s heart. Getting an other to fix up your home is!
