We're launching our own bread range!

Bacheldre Watermill has joined Artisan bakers The Bread Factory
in Hendon, London to develop a range of sour doughs to complement and promote our flour range. The initial range will
use our Strong 100% Wholemeal, our unique Oak Smoked Malted
Blend and our very tasty Malted 5 Seed flours!

 

We will be launching our bread range in The Golden Square,
London as part of the True Taste Welsh Produce Market being
held on the 26th February in time for St David's Day! The bread is aimed at food halls, delis and restaurants around London who want to offer something different that celebrates the partnership between millers and bakers, especially the traditional skills they use to create their products to the highest standards.

 

The bread is initially being sold as 'naked' bread but retail
packaging will be available from March /April.

We knew that we were onto a winner when we backed Wallace
and Gromit for our baking kits - A Matter of Loaf and Death has
