Bacheldre Mill in Jamie Oliver’s bi-monthly magazine

It’s a long way from a Portsmouth post office to a remote Montgomeryshire watermill but that’s where Matt and Anne Scott ended up after they decided on a radical career change. Originally wanting to start a campsite, they purchased a property with an ancient watermill on it and became dedicated artisan millers instead.
