We
offer a choice of three self-contained apartments in a converted
18th Century grain store adjacent to the Watermill itself.
They have either one or two bedrooms, shower room and beamed open-plan kitchen/living area, and are well fitted, offering a high degree of comfort. Within the apartments you will find full-size cooker, microwave oven, fridge, DVD player & T.V.
Shared lawn area overlooking the millpond with barbecue area and picnic tables with stunning views to the Kerry Ridgeway.

Well behaved pets are most welcome in specific apartments and a charge of £15 per pet is made per week or £5 per night. We request that pets are kept off furniture.

Checking in after 3.30 pm
Please vacate your apartment on day of departure by 10.30 am
Booking can be made by telephone or email and the appropriate
deposit (50%) should be made within 7 days
Payments can be received by cheque (payable to Bacheldre
Watermill) or by card over the phone
The balance is payable in full 14 days before the holiday

Holiday Cancellations:
Once your holiday is confirmed you are responsible for the prompt
payment of the final balance due, 14 days before your arrival.
If you wish to cancel your booking will you please telephone us
first and then confirm in writing. If you cancel before 28 days of
your holiday you will lose only your deposit. If you cancel within
the 28 days we will endeavour to relet the apartment for you. If
we can relet you will only forfeit your deposit.
(We suggest you take out
suitable holiday insurance to cover yourselves)
